Intuitive Creative Partner · Music · Theatre · Film
The most extraordinary work happens when every person in a production feels safe, seen and fully alive to their purpose. Bringing that into being is my work — through an intuitive creative presence, embedded in every production I touch.
The Work
The arts industry is changing. Audiences are hungry for work that reaches them at a deeper level. Artists are asking to be met differently. And the productions that will define this era are the ones built on foundations of genuine care, authentic expression, and creative integrity.
That is where I come in.
I listen, care and understand at a depth that most rooms have never experienced. My presence creates the conditions where creativity starts to feel effortless.
Every production has an energetic field — and most leaders feel it without knowing what to do with it. I read it, work with it, and align it. The difference shows in the room and on the stage.
Every artist I work with carries a rare gift. I see it, name it, encourage it into the open — and protect it with the deepest care, through every stage of the creative process.
Psychological safety is the foundation every human flourishes on. In productions, where artists are asked to bring their full selves to the work, it is what allows them to soar. I build it, hold it, and sustain it from first rehearsal to closing night.
My Approach
I work as an intuitive creative partner — embedded in the production, moving across every level of the creative team. I read what is needed before it is spoken. I sense where energy is blocked, where an artist is holding back, where a leader is carrying too much alone.
Then I act. With care, with clarity, and with a creative force that lifts the entire room. Because when people feel truly supported, they give the best work of their lives.
This is not a role that has existed before in quite this form. It is the role the industry needs now.
Where I Work
Whether in a major theatrical production, an independent film or an intimate studio setting, I work alongside directors, producers, creative leaders and gifted artists committed to their craft — whether already at the height of it, or on the way. I don't sit outside the process — I am woven through every part of it, from first conversations to final curtain.

The Vision
We are living through a moment of profound collective searching. People are coming to the arts not just for entertainment — they are coming to feel something real, to be reminded of their humanity, to be healed.
When an artist stands on stage from a place of genuine wholeness — not performance, not survival, but true fullness — that reaches an audience at a cellular level. It moves them in ways they carry home and never quite forget.
I believe the productions that will matter most in the coming years will be built on exactly this foundation. And I am here to help build them.
Who I Work With
The artists, leaders and visionaries I work with are extraordinary. They carry healing gifts and rare frequencies — and the stories the world needs to hear right now. My work is to hold the conditions where those gifts can fully arrive.
In Their Words
I had the immense pleasure of working with Sarah on the Sydney Theatre Company's The Normal Heart in early 2026. As a cast member working on a highly emotional and intense show, Sarah's almost constant presence in the rehearsal room, brimming with positivity and a genuine love of the project, made every day just that little bit sweeter. Sarah supported each and every one of us before, during and after the season. She was our cheerleader, our friend and our guardian angel whose generosity seemed boundless. Not a day went by that we weren't astonished and so very grateful for Sarah and her support.

Sarah is a breath of fresh air to work with. Deeply passionate and intuitive, having her in the rehearsal room is a god send. Her generosity and ability to keep the morale of her artists high is something you don't experience on every gig. Her energy, care and creativity is something I'll always remember. It was a joy to work with her.

Working with Sarah on The Normal Heart with Sydney Theatre Company this year was a deeply grounding experience. She leads with a genuine respect for the artist, nurturing an environment where you feel both supported and trusted to do your most intentional work.
What stood out to me most is her ability to hold a room with calm clarity, while still allowing space for the emotional and creative depth a piece like this demands. There's a real sense that Sarah cares — not just about the production itself, but about the people within it.
As an artist, that kind of leadership matters. It allows you to drop in fully, take risks, and feel held throughout the process.
Keiynan Lonsdale · Actor
From day one, Sarah brought a real warmth and generosity into the rehearsal room, checking in and encouraging me to take care of myself along the way. I felt genuinely supported, both in the work and personally.
The way we engaged was thoughtful and empowering. Her belief in what I was doing bolstered my confidence in what I could bring to the process. That support didn't end with the project either — she's continued to take an interest in my career, which means a lot.

I'm Sarah Rohrsheim, based in Adelaide. I have spent most of my life encouraging talent and empowering leaders — the last decade of that in rehearsal rooms across Australia, learning what gives a production its true presence and what allows artists to be wholly alive in their work. What I'm building from here is everything I can see is needed now.
